a.j. bayatpour, fox 6 news. mary thanks aj. milwaukee police also investigating another incident involving a gun near this afternoon in the area near washington high school. police tell us a man driving by shot his gun twice into the air. nobody was hurt -- and investigators are looking for the suspect. milwaukee police have arrested a suspect in a series of sexual assaults the past week. at least three women reported being attacked by a man in the area near 76th and good hope road. two attacks were reported tuesday --- a third on friday. saturday police made the arrest. the victim in friday's assault says she was raped at gu whipped, and choked after being grabbed off the sidewalk. we spoke to that 17 year old victim's mother. its disturbing. i haven't slept. i'm a nervous wreck you know. i think i'm in more pain than her cuz sh'es still in shock. but im taking it worse because of he put her through something she wasn't ready for yet. he took her womanhood from her. he did a lot the victim told police she ran from the suspect.

a.j. bayatpour is live at the milwaukee county courthouse with a look at the work involved. the wisconsin elections commission says based on estimates from all 72 county clerks, a recount would cost workers and extra hours. were gonna need more people that are here assisting. at the racine county clerks office, those hands would go through 90- thousand ballots. as it stands, the wisconsin elections commission is letting each clerk decide how to recount their ballots. the dane county clerk says his office will do it by hand. the accusation being made is that the machines were hacked. the benefit of a hand count is that you county, on the other hand, says a hand count could jeopardize making the december 12 deadline. obviously, if you do a hand recount, wed need a lot more room than if we just do a machine recount. in racine county, it'd be christensen's fourth recount, the most recent being the 2012 state senate recall election. she says receipts from touch-screen machines will be recounted by hand but itd be faster to do the rest with a machine. sometimes, individual counts

a.j. bayatpour is live at the county courthouse with the details... this morning the ballots were here at the courthouse. by mid-afternoon, they were packed into large boxes and sent off to a warehouse on the south side. box after box hauls more than 200- thousand suburban ballots out of the milwaukee county courthouse. ballots arrive at a city warehouse near bay view. the city ballots are there too. thursday, workers will begin the recount of more than 440-thousand ballots all together. until then, theyre closely guarded. they will be under lock and key tonight and once the ballot bags have been opened, there will be 24- hour security provided by the sheriffs department. the recount will require a rotating cast of about 130 workers each day. differe are scheduled for different days and poll workers from those municipalities will help county staff handle the ballots. they wont be the only ones at the table. at each table, there will be enough room for one representative from each party and each candidate. while the final decision will be made early th
