at 3:30 a.m. a van pulled up with two people inside. they wrapped this chain around this pillar and they attempted to take the atm and run away with it. what happened, the chain broke but these men picked up the atm and they put it in the back of this abandoned they took off. they were stopped at treasure island and the police identified them as they try to stop it, these and guys drove in the event in the wrong direction on the bay bridge. they get into san francisco, police were on the side of them and then they found the van abandoned. this is the video. police found the atm machine in the back of the van but no suspects. i spoke with a eyewitness. >> he ran a round, the two of them when were they loaded up the atm on the back to the van and drove it off down the street. part of it was scraping on the street. >> the machine was scraping on the ground. they knocked it over with their truck. they pulled the the event up to the front and they drove off. >> we're also getting information that the b
