joining me now is aaron blake of "the washington post."to fold the pizza in half, right? >> reporter: i have to plead the fifth on this one. i'm from the midwest. my wife would tell you, you definitely have to fold it in half. >> let's move on to christie. >> if those tied back to the governor in any way, it clearly becomes an impeachable offense. what's the next step here? >> there first needs to be some official tie from christie. all the e-mails don't establish whether he was informed or involved. we don't know. until we get to that point, it is tough to see where it goes from here. certainly, if he is tied to it, his blanket denials would suggest he would be in very serious political jeopardy, if not have his job be in jeopardy. >> he is preparing for new jersey's state of the state. it happens tomorrow. aaron, what does he need to say and what do you make of the way he has been handling the fallout? >> i think the press conference was a successful one, as successful as you can be under the circumstances. he spoke for almost two hours
