new developments in the murder trial of former n-f-l star aaron hernandez. a massachusetts grand jury indicted an associate of hernandez 27 year old carlos ortiz. he's facing one count of accessory to murder after the fact in the killing of odin lloyd on june 17th. hernandez pleaded not guilty earlier this month to first degree murder. a third charged in the case -- ernest wallace pleaded not guilty last week. yesterday he told a judge that hernandez was the only one who got out of the car with lloyd before he was shot, execution- style. wallace argued unsuccessfully for a reduced bond, while he awaits trial as an accessory to murder. a pilot has died after suffereing a heart attack mid- flight, forcing a united airlines plane to make an emrgency landing. united flight 16-03 was en route from houston to seattle last night, when it landed in boise, idaho. the pilot had a heart attack mid- flight. paramedics boarded the plane after it landed and rushed him to a nearby hospital where he later died. the airline is not releasing the pilot's name at this time. the
