abc news reporter elizabeth hur is in new york live with the latest. >> kristen and larry, authorities they want to muir the boys are fit and ready to get out of the cave and that is still not the case. as you mentioned with news of more rain on the way, they're focusing on preventing more flooding. in thailand, the pressure mounting. the race is on for rescuers to stay ahead of mother nature. delivering air tanks, wet suits and life jackets to the soccer team before the monsoon rains move in. inside, divers are putting in ropes for the boys as a guide through the cave. outside, experts are training new divers, building dams and running pumps day and night. and on thursday, the thai navy seals releasing new pictures showing crews making progress and how much of the water has been drained. but as of now, there's still no clear plan for getting the boys out. officials say the boys have been practicing breathing with diving masks but have not yet been trained to do so in the water. >> if you don't know how to swim is you're in a very black environment, it's not a good environment to learn
