tim johns abc seven news and thanks so much. >> new details. abc has learned the network outage that affected thousands of at&t customers was caused by a software update gone wrong. the service went down about 1:00 this morning. more than 75,000 customers were impacted. service was finally restored around noon. other wireless services like verizon and t-mobile were not affected, sources tell abc news. there was nothing nefarious or malicious about the incident. >> a plan to raise tolls on the golden gate bridge took a step forward today. buckle up everybody. the golden gate bridge board of directors held a public hearing on a plan to raise tolls in each of the next five years. the board is considering four options. the lowest increase would raise tolls gradually to $10.50 by 2028, the highest would raise tolls to 1125 by that same year. now these numbers are for fast track. customers could be higher depending on how you actually pay the golden gate bridge district does not get tax revenue to operate the bridge. it mostly relies heavily on bridge

ryan curry, abc seven news. san. sco international airport is being awarded $31 million in federal support from the biden administration. >> it's part of president biden's new infrastructure law. the funding will be used for upgrades to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system inside sfo's international terminal. the money comes from a pool of about $970 million, which is being distributed for improvements at more than 100 airports across the country in a few weeks. the board that oversees the golden gate bridge will consider raising vehicle tolls starting in july. now, assemblyman phil tang is introducing a bill to ban tolls on pedestrians or cyclists on the golden gate bridge and all other bridges in california. advocates say only cars and trucks should pay tolls because of the wear and tear they cause to roads and bridges. >> but walking and biking, on the other hand, cause almost nowhere to the infrastructure and keep our air clean. this bill should be a model of how we share the real costs of the mode
