this abigail jo shry not only has a history of this kind of conduct and was actually out on release inse threats can't continue to go unaddressed. what you're doing is you're encouraging those who would use them for their own nefarious purposes, or for donald trump's nefarious purposes. you're encouraging more of that. this defendant, miss shry prefaced one of her threats saying, if donald trump is not elected in 2024, we're coming to get you and your family. and let me tell you. in case people don't know how small the criminal justice circles are in d.c., i not only tried murder cases against tanya chutkan when she was a public defender. i also tried cases against her husband when he was a public defender. he is now a recently retired judge in d.c. they should not have to put up with this. this needs to be addressed by the institutions of government that not only have the power to address it. they have the responsibility to address it. there is something called the crime victims rights act. it is a federal law. there are ten rights of crime victims. do you know what the number one rig
