they have also completed the evacuation of 2500 inmates from seven local jails, those being acadia, or liens, clack amen some, st. mary, st. bernard and terrabone parishes. all of our hurricanes protection systems have been fully -- i'm sorry -- have been completely closed and all structures are fully operational at this time. as late at this morning, additional protection measures were being taken by levee districts. they completed sandbagging operations to address low areas ahead of the storm. based on the hurricane track and the wind, rain and surge forecast for the remainder of the hurricane, the cpra is indicating some overtopping of the soy portions of the laroche to golden meadow levee system, non-federal backed levees and and non-federal level in lower st. bernard parish as well. obviously overtopping is concerns, but i want to make sure overtopping and levee failure are not the same thing. a levee failure can be much more catastrophic, and so they are not the same things. obviously we're going to continue to monitor this flood protection system. i can tell you right now, we ha
