it does not accommodate hospitals, but they will be there. they cannot be over the 130 foot height limit. they cannot post a the kind of traffic impacts. the plan is for housing. i suggest that you might want to take a look at it because it is a brilliant piece of integrated city planning. the neighbors were basically supportive of it. obviously, they are not housing developers. they can have the housing be built on specific areas. we can all be affordable housing. and if it is all affordable...
