meteorologist jim dickey is live in accu weather.ound? >> well, the worst of it is over in many spots, actually. we're tracking the back edge of the snow now about to move through philadelphia. new york city, another couple hours here of some heavier snow fall. but over all with this storm, on the down swing of it. seeing conditions improve as we head forward through the day. still going through the worst of it in maine though. the snow overhead right now. we will keep that in place through much of the morning. from boston south and west ward, through the next couple hours, we will see big time improvements. accelerating off to east and decelerate through here. and additional 6 to 12 inches. storm totals, many spots from bangor south and into virginia, picking up a foot. roanoke virginia, over 20 inches of snow fall. couple of spots in west virginia over 20 inches of snow as well. and unfortunately, there's another storm system we're tracking on the heels of this one. not nearly as strong. most spots just a quick 1 to 3 inches. this
