adam: yeah.k you if i'm an investor right now and watching, willing to be patient long term couple years who stands to ben it from what is announced here? should i invest in data provider or someone carrying the stream? >> we don't cover time warner. i've had positions in and out of time warner a long time. any given day i might have a couple thousand shares in position but time warner is going to spin out the magazines. so this is about leveraging the advertising, influence of time warner and magazine side, to bring some of that digital revenue in-house, and you know, and leverage, you know, those assets across the board. and so, that is kind of an interesting, when ever we see, fox, right? shareholder value. get rid of the old, stodgy asset. you have a lot of new assets. in this case they're investing in the stodgy aaset to make it look more attractive. maybe it will work. and so maybe that brings to light greater investment opportunity. adam: richard, we'll leave it right there. thank you very

adam: stock is going up. they haven't told us how they will make money because they don't like advertising. >> that's right. adam: nicole, you're looking at other stocks that could benefit or lose because of this deal. what have you got for investors? >> this is $19 billion blockbuster deals and some other names besides facebook are in some way, shape or form, going to have some sort of a correlation. llt's look at some internet providers and some of the cell phone carriers and see how they are faring on this day as we look at names like comcast and cablevision. you can see all up airarrows across the board. granted one of those risk-on kind of days. time warner up 1%. charter communications up 1.7%. cablevision also a winner. here are some cell phone carriers as we talk about this blockbuster messenger services that is going to be occurring. you obviously see the cell phone carriers due to be beneficiaries of this t-mobile up half a percent. verizon up 3 1/2%. sprint-nextel is up 1%. blackberry also, this is

adam: simple as that. people info they can use because we are somewhat our hands are tied with 401(k) choices. first in 401(k) k options for an index fund and find one with cheap costs. what do you consider cheap coo? 1% or less? what is the metric? >> cheap would be .1 of 1%. .2 or .3%. not 1%. that is very expensive. 1 1/2% is ridiculously expensive. adam: if i can't get that in my 401(k) what do i do? >> if you don't have choices available lobby your boss. your boss has incentive to give you the kind of cheap funds you want, not only because he wants to make you happy. this is an employee benefit. because if he doesn't do that, you could sue him for violating his fiduciary duties. so you would be surprised how cooperative your boss might be at introducing these very inexpensive funds. adam: all right. listen, i appreciate you joining us. ric edelman. this is important stuff. we'll post it because people need to lobby their c-suite or their bosses and look for the index fund and cheap costs within your 4
