adam shapiro. adam: the deal is supposed to fall apart tomorrow.ht now, timewarner has nothing to say and comcast has nothing to say. i could prompt you as to more of what i would say. this deal as we mentioned hanging in the balance. lori: sorry to interrupt you. most experts in mergers and acquisitions once the fcc calls for a hearing -- adam: they'll kill it. that was the fcc commissioner that said this. on monday if it would get recommended to a law judge, the process could take forever. it would die. at&t dropped the bid to acquire for t-mobile. i keep for looking the prompter. it died because it was a 39 million-dollar deal. the fcc recommended to an administrative judge for a hearing. the doj was threatening antitrust lawsuits. lori: let's say tomorrow the announcement comes. doa, what's next for comcast what's next for timewarner? adam: they keep going forward. these are highly profitable companies. timewarner shares were trading at well over $100 a share. they have to figure out. you and i we started this by saying good news for consumers.

and our own adam shapiro. steven you get the nod right off the bat. what do you think are the moves and negatives exporting this stuff? three export terminals are under the process being built. we know when you redirect a dream or open a dam, things sometimes have unintended consequences. >> they do, list but this is my quick take. over the next five years or so we're fine. i think we'll probably ex-more more than we expect. but after that, based on university of texas study, forget about the d.o.e., you can expect, i think flows in the marcellus to really start falling. the one caveat that i have, if you look at oil flows right now in the marcellus, they are decelerating and decelerating very sharply. be a little bit cautious. right now i think we have three to five good years. liz: jason, listen, australia tried this. they started exporting because they had so much of it. they had unintended consequences. it became expensive on their own turf. >> ultimately there is lots of different talking points here. from a price standpoint what i specialize in

adam shapiro is here to explain. what do you mean? >> good morning, ansley.of obamacare is hitting americans with smaller tax refunds. the heritage foundation ran a micro simulation analysis and it found the big price hike in 2014, 50%, was just the beginning. rates for people who would buy insurance individually on the exchanges are up 5% this year which is more than double the rate of inflation. the simulation found young adults in california they saw rates increase 10% above 2014. affordable care act subsidizes premiums for people who have to buy their insurance but those subsidies, you have to pay those back. millions of americans face a larger tax bill this year. h&r block reports 54% of americans who bought insurance owe money back. a figure confirmed by the kaiser foundation. kaiser estimates $7.5 million people have to account to the irs for their subsidy. tax day is nine days away. sorry to ruin your monday. >> we just talked to our guy last night. check that box off. thanks so much, adam. don't miss adam on the fox business network. >> nine days. >>
