adam shapiro more details on the cbo report, he's down in dc. adam. adam: yeah. let's break this down. the joint committee on taxation, the report on the senate health bill determined it would actually save $321 billion over ten years. that is key because it means the legislation will not add to the deficit. the senate rules require the bill to be deficit newspape neutral. so a key hurdle in order for this bill to pass has been lost. the senate bill would increase the number of people who are uninsured by 22 million over the next ten years. that's one million fewer than the 23 million who would lose insurance under the house health care bill. according to the cbo under current law obamacare, 28 million people will lack health insurance by 2026. but under the senate bill, 49 million will lack insurance. now, that may prove trouble for republican centers -- senators like senator heller in states like nevada, although he has said he plans to vote against the bill. the senate bill removes the individual mandate to buy insurance, which is a contributing factor to the
