you are talking with adam wilson, the author of "tactical reload." caller: good morning, mr. lson. i am prior military. than -- io much other understand you were doing things from your point of view. be me say what i think would a solution from a training and tactical standpoint. anyone who has ever put on the u.s. military uniform, one thing undeniable is that the united states, when it comes to basic training, advanced individual training, standard operational procedures for anything you can think about. one of the things we need to discuss and you brought it up in your discussion is maybe look at starting with a national based training. -- base training. focus on federal law, the constitution, things that pertain to being police officers. then have a second fallback, maybe six to eight weeks training with that particular laws to focus on the state that pertain to being a police officer. last but not least after you go through the federal and state have those individuals fallback to their communities where they can basically understand all the different weaknesses. to where
