police say the man was standing at a bus stop at 61st and adeline streets when the gunshots rang out. that man is in the hospital in grave condition this morning. police say there were more than 12 shell casings near the scene and a liquor store, a couple of cars and a house were also hit by bullets. no one else was injured, though. right now there's no motive and there are no suspects in custody. >>> a shooting coming as the dust is still settling after a shake-up among the top brass at the oakland police department. this past wednesday chief howard jordan resigned citing an undisclosed medical condition leaving his top deputy anthony toribio in charge. but 48 hours later toribio stepped down, then yet sean whent was sworn in as acting chief. whent says that toribio simply did not want the job. this comes after the mayor and the city administrators say they had a series of meetings with the compliance officer thomas frazier, who has been critical of the department's top leadership. >> it's still a shock. if you asked me monday, i would not have thought this was coming. but law enforc
