if you are headed home from lake tahoe the winter weather advisory goes into effect 10:00 tonight.en things will be starting to get active in the mountains. but back home we have the clouds, leftover moisture, and we are talking about some fog around the bay. here it looks pretty good. downtown temperatures in the 40s and 50s. but the dense fog advisory until 9:00 for the north bay valley. we are talking about visibility less than a quarter mile. for areas around the napa valley and santa rosa. keep that in mine. in the north bay, 43. 43 and 50 in oakland. 42 mountainville and 47 livermore. definitely cooler, two to five degrees cooler this morning. we will look for increasing cloud cover. elsewhere the visibility really not a problem. the coast, seven miles but you will notice from napa, santa rosa to novato, right on to the ground we have the fog. be careful out there. it will be lifting but when it does we will see plenty of cloud cover. the clouds are around 2,000 feet and we have high pressure giving way to the frontal band. it will be moving in later on this evening. if you h
