. >> david lee, i am co-chair of the police advisory board police station. i am here tonight as an individual. i am a small business owner. right next door to star of the sea. we are not -- my office is next to the star home which was approved a homeless shelter for homeless women. we support that and my company has made a donation to support that process. this is right next door to us. the issue with jack in the box goes beyond the incident on thanksgiving morning. in 2010, there were an average of almost one police car per night at the intersection of 11th. we were told that by the police staff. as recently as one week ago when the crisis was provided to the group, this is an issue of public safety. we feel there has been a lot of information and data that has been collected. just in the matter of weeks, 1500 signatures on line and threw volunteers of residence. if you look at these signatures, they are all in the same as it coats, and the zip codes in the richmond district. this is a longstanding problem. we feel that the after our service between 2:00 a.
