that is what we look like today afn. atissmoke ming off of the dixie fire. you can see three separate pirate cumulus clouds building off the fire. it is an enormous amount of smoke. so far, we have been blissfully unaware at home because the smoke has been going the other way. we will look at this in two ways. this is how it will change. watch it slowly start to drift back toward the bay area a little more. we start to notice it in the sky. what we are looking at is the upper air. mid-level and upper levels. what matters most is what will happen near the ground. that gives us much more hopeful story. watch what happens. you will see the onshore flow coming down at the lower elevations and push a lot of that smoke in and. we still have a strong onshore flow. over the next few days in the upper levels the smoke will be coming our way. it will look hazy but we should be able to avoid the worst of it. maybe moderator unhealthr ive g to air quality monday or tuesday. much more as we get closer to it. the other thing we are keeping an eye on is the possibility for
