and so frank carlucci talked to hank cohen, senior director to the nsc in africa. he said hank, i need you to brief present reagan on this. cohen said, how much time do i have? curley said, you have 10 minutes. so, cohen went off and did the briefing. he saw him in the hall a day later and said i have the briefing. how long is it? 10 minutes. curley said, cut it down to five. cohen went back and cut the briefing down to five minutes, ran into him the next day and said i have the briefing down to five minutes. he said cut it down to two minutes. cohen goes back and does the briefing. he sees him in the hall the next day and he says i have got the briefing down to two words. he stops and says, well, give me the briefing. cohen said, renamo sucks.
