several people are in custody this afteoon. nbc's jay gray joins us live with the latest. what's it like there now? >> reporte hey, jim. right now it's calm, but you're right. the have been some people arrested here. it happened overnight. every day, there have been people -- and you can hear people as they drive by yelling out. gathering at the ferguson plagues. yesterday, about 15. which is the norm. but they decided they needed to block traffic outside of the police station. they were warned and then eventually fiv of that 15 were arrested. four for refusal to disburse. one had an outstanding warrant and was arrested as well. three arreste were from the missouri area. one from illinois, one from wisconsin. and that's something we have seen. lots more people now moving into the ferguson-st. lou area from outside of this region, preparin hear the decision from the grand jury. there are a lot of reports swirling rig now, many saying they will mee tomorrow, that we'll len of their decision on sunday. nothing officl at point, though. we do know that police are ramping up, we
