we also were able to get a very aggressive bid from agm for bond insurance which brings the rating upaa and we'll also have a partial debt service reserve covering 25 percent of the requirement, which means basically won't have to issue the extra bonds to cash fund the entire debt service reserve. this slide basically shows the source and use for the transaction, so the bond proceeds, the first number 149245 is basically the face amount of the bonds. the second number is a premium. you get a premium when the bonds are priced in such a way the yield oen the bonds is slightly higher then the market so investors pay more to get the higher yield and that is driven by the demand. just simply more advantageous to price it the way investors want and they pay more. essentially, we realize a benefit by doing that. and then the other source it reserve fund from the existing bonds, which is $13.1 million. the proceeds will be-will go to refunding escrow deposit. t thamoney sets in escrow until such date as we call the bonds. the 13 bonds will be called probably some time in december, and the o5
