cancer survivors joined their families at the saint agnes event to celebrate the hope and joy following a life after cancer. >> when does cancer survivorship begin? the day after your diagnosed because every day is a gift as a cancer survivor, and so we have a mixture of patients here of 15 and 20 years out and some patients actively in treatment, because everybody who lives a day with cancer is a cancer survivor. >> today's events a luncheon and dancing to the shades of blue orchestra. >> watching and waiting. residents in north dakota hoping floodwaters will start to recede. how officials are handling the massive flooding as they assess the damage. >> sunshine out there, and low humidity, relatively speaking with 47%. temperatures very comfortable. 82 at the airport and the inner harbor and no rain nearby. the forecast is ahead. >> the floodwaters continue to rise in central north dakota. officials have started evacuating are residents and cutting power to neighborhoods that are starting to flood. morton county commissioners say floodwaters are keeping in fast and estimate some homes
