what can you tell us about growth at aig?will see our retirement and savings business grow, and some of the competitors are struggling with variable annuities. we didn't play with very aggressive features. we have grown again this quarter from last quarter and we expect to continue to grow. so, during the low interest rate environment we will not sell as much, but that's okay because when rates go back up again, we'll be in a position to do that again. on the property business, we'll see growth. we think our loss ratios will come down. keep in mind we're the largest insurance company in the world, so we're still number one, and we have the clout and the ability to continue to grow, and grow more. >> we had a debate earlier when interest rates might start going up. with the fed coming out and putting out expectations they will be there with stimulus and then they weren't, they keep saying rates be stay low for a long time, do you think we could see a scenario where we get to the election and the fiscal issues are not addressed
