no problem making a strong push inland. a little mist. a little drizzle. not a lot. coast, bay. temperatures very cool coast. i mean, 50s, 60s, theat not going to change. you can see how it's making a strong surge. every observation at 7:00, unless it's way inland, cloudy to mostly cloudy. a little help from a low coming in. so we get a bigger fog bank. that helps to lift it a little bit. it started the cooler pattern. it goes into tuesday and then i think wednesday is the transition day. san francisco and much of the coast tough to warmup. there is a lot of fog out there. 52 to start. 58 at noon. yesterday was only 61 degrees. i don't see much change tomorrow as well. it's hard to see but there is a low spinning there. that helps enhance the fog bank. inland temperatures continue to be warm to hot. but they will come down. very cool lows. some low 50s. in san francisco, the north bay as well. a little bit milder but not that much. fairfield, 26. gusts -- they've had gusts to 36. pittsburg, gusts to 32. there's a pretty much a westerly component to that breeze. except san jose g
