air. then coming up from texas you get what's called that low level jet stream with really hot warm air. so the ingredients recipe for severe weather is about as good as it gets. just so you know. if we didn't have these lows coming in, they wouldn't make it across parts of the rockies and into the plains. but they are. as they are coming in they're keeping us on the cool side and giving us a lot of clouds, cool wind. tomorrow 68, mostly sunny later on clouds in advance of the system which will be here tomorrow. 57 to 74. sun, clouds, breezy. wind not as strong as yesterday but still there. about every day either north of the sacramento valley or up towards the sierra, quincy, northeast california you're getting these thunderstorms erupting. people writing me saying i'm seeing lightning and stuff. this is extremely active pattern. these are northern storms. not tropical in any nature which is what we normally get towards june if any. in fact 38 at the napa airport. 40s for many. upper 40s or low 50s. if it wasn't for the breeze we'd be even cooler than that. fremont our target forecast.
