air strikes. they appear to be taking nothing off the table. for the second time in 72 hours, israeli jets launched air strikes in syria. according to syrian state tv, today's target was a scientific research center near damascus, the same site israelis attacked in january. the goal of the recent strikes is to prevent the transfer of sophisticated weapons from the assad regime to iranian backed hezbollah fighters in lebanon. with tensions rising here, israel is taking precautionary steps to protect itself from steeran retaliation. in the past 48 hours israel has moved two iron dome anti-missiles systems to the northern part of the country. last november the iron dome system knocked out hundreds of rockets fired from gaza. the hope today is that it will do the same if needed. the syrian government said today the strike represented a dollar ratiodeclaration of war and syrn would respond in a timely manner. >> the prime minister called the recent air strikes a gross violation of international law and warned that syria would use any means necessary to protect itself, harris. >> we're getting t
