[ laughter ] i don't think so. i sense a very different tone in harrisburg. i mean, last year i think there was a little bit of testing, and and there was a different approach this year. i think people want to get it done. >> the governor also said he didn't overreach with his last budget, which had many moving parts and led to a standoff with republicans that just ended last month, almost 10 months. now, meanwhile, a source tells me republicans are, indeed, weary about what happened last year and into this year, but that they're even more committed than ever on holding the line on taxes
