worker and marine veteran accused of trying to help isis was arrested last night after he bought an ak-47 from an undercover agent. he thought he was buying it from someone involved with the terror group. investigators say that he talked about wanting to shoot up a d.c. police station. new developments, 18 penn state fraternity members facing charges after the death of a student at a pledge party. the authorities say the 19-year-old fell down the stairs and nobody called for help for nearly 12 hours. prosecutors say the fraternity members pressured him into a challenge involving drinking four to five drinks within two minutes. fraternity members tried unsuccessfully to revive him, but it was not until the morning that they finally called 911. even then, they were focused on coordinating their stories. his parents are devastated. >> this is the result of a feeling of entitlement, flagrant disobedience of the law, disregard for moral values that was exacerbated by self-preservation. that the attorneys argued students do not realize the seriousness of his injuries. alison: developing now
