the inland east bay, alameda 65 degrees. 60s on the 680 corridor heading up towards alamo and walnuteasantton, 68. the light breeze should bring the temperatures up into the upper 60s. a gorgeous day around bay area today. winter sunshine, tomgrsow, should see low clouds approaching the coast. by sunset, this leads up to a chance of showers for the north bay sunday night on into monday morning. look at the rest of the seven-day forecast to which you'll find are a couple of systems coming in. sun night, monday, for the north bay, slight chance of showers. otherwise it looks like clouds coming our way and no rain drops and everything turns drier. it appears by thursday and friday, if high pressure strengthens, mid to upper 60s as we roll into february of the same dry pattern which unfortunately has really brought down the snow pack totals in the sierra due to this dry pattern. >> when do we panic? >> we've passed halftime in the rainfall season. it's not out of the question, you could have incredible spring comeback. as you get into february and march, snow levels typically get higher
