i don't know how many people here for yesterday's excellent alan alda show. he said something about enemies and talking to people who you have differences with and being open-minded and really was amazing what he said because really connected with me personally. when i was in art school i had an enemy, also disperse an enemy did not get along and it carried over and was 12 years later that we met again by accident at a funeral and at that time i decided this might as well have been. i married her. [laughter] shortly after the funeral we dated and a few months we looked to iceland-- eloped to iceland. we could not get married at the north pole, which was my preference. i had a obsession with snow growing up. i don't know why, but i was always interested in snow and carol, if you can advance to the next one. sherlock holmes for dummies. back then i was writing humor for different magazines and newspapers like the village voice and national lampoon's and nowadays i write per publisher weekly and reader's digest which i highly recommend for early writers. anyway,
