let's go to alan wang in oakland in the middle of all of this. he has been there all day reporting by phone and he was there last night as they moved through the streets of oakland. what is happening as we speak? >> well, dan, the hive is definitely abuzz right now especially after they saw about a dozen police squad cars come down clay street down here and pull into the garage of a building. earlier today there was a tug of war between factions of protesters. the fence came down just before 8:00. you can see it stacked up there. oakland has been reoccupied at least for now. the fence around the plaza erected after the police evicted the camp lasted two days. in the plaza, protesters shouted down mayor kwan for allowing forced eviction of the camp and what they considered brutal police tactics during last night's march. the mayor who was once a radical organizer herself was pressed to answer why she decided to evict the protesters. >> i personally asked many of the community groups that are coming out now to be involved to stay overnight to be in

i'm alan wang. developing news tonight. a quadruple shooting in pittsburgh. let's go to abc7's thomas roman who is live on the scene. thomas? >> the sad thing about this is there was a birthday party for a one-year-old going on in the house when the shooting broke out. take a look behind me. this is the house here in pittsburgh. you can see people in the garage are being interviewed by a police officer in the garage. that's where the shooting happened. there are four people there. four victims in the shooting, and all according to the neighbors are young people. four victims were taken from the house on 142 ravine drive. the first report came in to police tonight. police are saying one of the victims is still in critical condition. one has a serious wound and two have minor injuries. one is a nine-year-old girl. two medical helicopters were dispatched to the scene to airlift the victims out. according to neighbor there's was a party for youngsters in progress. 30 people were in the house when shots
