i didn't take it and i found it in alaska stock photo organization. but it seemed to me to be indicative of the fate of the polar bear. this is obviously taken from some sort of a vessel. the bear is swimming. the bear looks somewhat disturbed at being chased by a vote of some sort. and the bear is underwater. so from this photograph, i essentially designed to jacket, this is not the jacket of the book. this is my design, but you can see that i wanted to call it the book, the polar bear and the global warming that my editors always wiser than i about things like this, decided that this probably -- this would probably scare people off. it would sound too pedantic. he was down to putney to think they were going to read about the disappearing ice cap. so while the book doesn't have very many it talks about the disappearing ice pack. and in recent years, the book was finished about a year ago and it takes that long to put something like this together. but in recent years, nothing has changed all that much. nothing has gotten better for the bear or for the
