joining me is a restaurant owner in albany, new york and president of the nonprofit feed albany.ou. i recognize that backdrop. tell me first of all, what did you see in your community, dominic, that drove you to start feed albany? >> first off, good morning, chris, thank you for having me. on march 14, when they started closing the schools across the country, we knew there would be a need for families who depended on subsidized breakfast and lunch to feed the children. it's 52 weeks a year that those meals are provided. but now that parents and restaurant workers would be out of work, we pivoted to make sure people had dinner on the people. we would give them two, four, six, eight, ten meals depending on the size of their family, to make sure we could do what we could to curb food insecurity right here in the capital region. >> how were you able to do it? because a lot of folks who work with you and for you have lost their jobs. >> sure. it was a big effort. originally it started because when the restaurants were shut down across the country, many of us have frerget furefrigerato
