so about a month and a half ago marman was flying out of sfo back to college in albuquerque when u.s.way officials asked him to pull up what they said were sagging pants before he boarded his plane. marman's attorney said his hands were full at the time so he couldn't pull his pants up and said i'll do it when i get back to my seat. apparently a tighten sued between the pilot and between marman. he was removed from the plane, charged with several offenses. the district attorney never did officially press charges against marman. but "colorofchange" and the naacp say that his arrest was a clear case of racial profiling. they point to the fact that just days after marman's arrest, u.s. airways allowed a white man who was dressed in women's lingerie to fly without any issue. u.s. airways has stood behind its flight crews for the past month and a half saying the reason marman was arrested was because he refused to respond to crew directions, not because he was wearing those baggy pants. and they have yet to respond to the claim of racial profiling so it will be interesting to see when his
