vehicles were parked on julia, king, alcatraz and california streets. total of 26 blocks here in south berkeley. investigators say there were no apparent witnesses to the crimes which likely took place very early this morning. investigators are following up on a lead from oliver banks one of the victim whose told investigators and told us he is sure the culprit is a woman who lives down the street. banks said he got into a big argument with this woman and she made threats and then came to his house early this morning looking for revenge. >> she threw a bottle at my door at 4:00 in the morning. and from there, four hours between 4:00 and 8:00 this happened with the car and the slashed tires. >> authorities say the woman banks is talking about has the a history of mental illness and has had run ins with the law before. so far police have not been able to locate her to ask her some questions. that said, police have not identified any suspects or made any arrests. meanwhile folks here getting ahoed of their unsure a-- ahold insurance companies. monty franci
