last week during an oakland police commission meeting john alden, the leader of the civilian led community. police review agency announced that its investigation found several substantiated opd policies were violated after last summer's protests here, some of them during that meeting. all done told commissioners that there were several substantiated claims of use of force supervisors not properly supervising subordinates officers not properly caring for the property of protesters not taking adequate care of people who are arrested and also there were more rights violations along with various performance duty violations as well. despite those findings. there are also at least 15 incidents in which officers could not be identified. and at least 30 incidents of use of force that were not substantiated. that now has some folks raising questions about that investigation because of those numbers of those officers that could not be identified and that large number use of force claims that could also not substantiated, found credible as well. the community police review agency says it still has on
