the man was barricaded inside an rv on alemany boulevard and farragot avenue not far from 280. this all started at 3:00 a.m. after police responded to a report of a man being shot in the leg. he told the officers where the suspect lived. police have not yet identified the suspect but say he has a criminal history. a s.w.a.t. team was called after the man refused to come out. they surrounded the rv and just before 8:00 a.m., a police negotiator was able to talk him into surrendering. >> he has not been formally booked in county jail but once the investigation is complete he's looking at charges of attempted murder. >> police say the victim's wound is not life-threatening. alemany boulevard and farragot was shut down due to the police activity and reopened around 9:00 a.m. >>> oakland police are investigating the shooting of a 19-year-old man in the fruitvale district. police say three men approached the victim and his friend as they sat on a car on 34th avenue between 16 ngt and 17th street -- 16th and 17th street. they pulled him out of the car and tried to rob him. he struggle
