relationship, and many of you, and i think cheryl davis is here, we can go way back to many years ago when alex fagan captain of northern police station, and how much he did to not only reach out to the african-american community, but make sure that the officers that served at northern were a part of the community, were a part of the events, got to know our young people, got to know us, and there was a real relationship that developed because of that, and that relationship, those relationships continued with other captains specifically in this community, including our deputy chief of the police department who was the captain at northern station, he is joining us here today.
