joining us now former dade county circuit judge alex ferrer.erm in law enforcement really means nothing, something cop tell the journali iis iist they want to what's going on with the investigation. >> not a legal thing. >> no. remember the days of the olympics, that bombing they blamed on the security guard. they called him a suspect, really destroyed his life. turned out he wasn't the one involved at all. he ended up suing and getting quite a bit of money from networks and the police department, the fbi. from that point on they hesitated to call anybody a suspect unless they had evidence that points to the person. now they call a person a person of interest. if i were killed tomorrow my wife would be a person of interest just because naturally you speak to the people who would be logical to speak to. but it doesn't mean a lot. and it doesn't mean a lot for another reason, which is now police think that there's more than one shooter. there's been some shootings with bullets and pellet guns or b.b. guns. they're thinking there's a copycat or so
