abc's alex presha in ohio. >> reporter: tonight, a norfolk southern conductor killed after a collisioneland. >> the conductor on the train may be needing to be checked out. >> reporter: police say around 1:30 a.m., the driver of a dump truck hauling a full load of limestone pulled up to a stop sign before a railroad track. the driver then continuing forward, colliding with the train's first car. that impact killing the conductor, identified as 46-year-old louis shuster. shuster remembered as a father and former leader of the local rail union. norfolk southern saying, "we are grieving the loss of a colleague today." the ntsb now investigating at least three norfolk southern accident sites across ohio. and today, abc news obtaining the manifest for saturday's derailed train in springfield, with 212 cars attached, 28 contained hazardous materials, including liquefied petroleum gas, benzene, and sulfuric acid, known to be flammable and potentially poisonous. local officials grateful none of the derailed cars contained hazardous materials. when you look at the list of hazardous materials th

alex presha, abc7news. liz: at least five people are dead and six others missing after an explosion at a chocolate factory in pennsylvania. police a several people were hurt. officials say they explosion was so strong it pushed the building back four feet and factory has collapsed. it caused damage to two buildings. crews spent hours searching through the rubble. fire officials say crews are likely to continue working at the scene for days to come. the cause of the blast is under investigation. this morning we are hearing from a mother trapped in her home after a 100 foot oak tree crashed into her home. the oak tree stood for nearly a century in the frank out of the home before it fell yesterday morning. remarkably, the woman's son was not hurt thanks to quit thinking. >> i don't know how he lived, honestly. his room is totally destroyed, the tree is on his bed and he just heard it and jumped out of bed. liz: incredible. parts of the oak fell into the neighbors properly -- property, narrowly missing his hou
