"i got up, and saw bodies all around me," this man said. yeah, so very quiet residential neighborhood south of old town alexandria near mount vernon.s is the fort hunt area fairfax county and we can tell that you there's a fairfax county command center on the scene here. we've seen a number of police vehicles on the other side of the barricade as well. it started about 8:00 p.m. last night. apparently a homeowner was on the phone with somebody that he knew and that person on the other end of the phone felt that this homeowner was experiencing some kind of a mental health crisis and called fairfax county police who wanted to come and try and serve an emergency mental health order to bring that person in safely for mental health evaluation and when they came to serve the order the homeowner refused to come out and so that is what began the barricade situation. we do not know if there's any sort of weapons involved here at this point. there's no indication of that from what we understand. but again, it's one of those tense situations where you just really don't know how it there may be family members inside the house with this homeown
