joining me now is president of planned parenthood, alexis mcgill johnson alexis, welcome back first, competing rulings and the justice department's appeal of the texas ruling >> well, we are very glad obviously to see the administration speak out so quickly and forcefully in response to this harmful decision, including the doj's immediate turnaround announcing its decision to seek a stay from the fifth circuit court of appeals. and yet we also know that the fifth circuit and the supreme court, two courts through which the kacsmaryk decision has to travel through are increasingly hostile to reproductive rights but the fact of the matter is we have, you know, the fda is under two competing orders for now access to mifepristone is available for the next seven day, and we're going to continue to fight and make sure both our patients are reassured in knowing that, but also really support work the administration to identify all lever, keep all options on the table >> and the administration may have a number of different options that it can pursue one option is that the fda could pursue its
