police arrested alexis plater at an apartment complex yesterday. two department of children families employees were at that apartment to look into the well being of the children. he pushed one of the workers to the ground and punched her. the children are being cared for in a safe place? in november a worker stabbed her caseworker at a child welfare office. that attack happened two days after police officers were taken out of all child welfare offices. and after that attack a new jersey state assembly woman proposed a bill that would require human services police officers or state troopers to accompany social workers when they're needed. >>> a philadelphia school bus crash on i-95 this afternoon. there were not any students on board the bus. a fire at 60th and pine this afternoon, heavily damaged the storefront and the apartments above. the fire department had it under control in about 15 minutes. no one there was hurt. >>> new information on the tree trimmer who was trapped in his metal bucket yesterday. it took rescue crews two hours to free him
