police say alfredo reyes killed 3 members of the family in the case of mistaken identity and gang violence. here's vick lee with more on today's arrest. >>reporter: police say reyes was arrested along with another ms 13 gang member in a home in salsbury, north carolina. ramos was sentenced last month to 3 consecutive life terms for the murders of anthony and his 2 sons 4 years ago. ramos says consistently that he was not the shooter. was only driving the vehicle in the drive-by shooting. he said reyes fired into the car after miss taking them for rival gang members. he told abc 7 news in the jail house interview that he was shocked when reyes pulled out the gun. >> that wasn't part. i didn't say yes go ahead or yes would i help you. it was just something that happen in the moment without me knowing it, without me expecting it. >>reporter: while the jurors convicted ramos of the triple murder they seemed to have some doubt on who fired the shots. they deadlocked on the one charge. police have been looking for reyes for the family murders. they had a 5 million dollar warrant out for him. dan
