so this is the third phase of alice griffith that we're bringing before you today.hases one and two actually came before you earlier in the year in january, for the vertical approval for those two phases and so what this slide represents is the location of the phase 3-block one that we're presenting today and as you can see, it's highlighted in red. it's on the corner of arelious walker drive and carol avenue so this particular block and phase are very critical in terms of the location for the entire site, it's the main block that people see coming from carol avenue and also from the shipyards. and annabelle kind of globally talked about the number of units that we have to provide for alice griffith. this slide shows the various phases of development for alice griffith and phases one and two that came before you in january are actually the middle 2 blocks in this plan they are in yellow and red respectively and as you can see they are the main entry way way into the entire new development and block one, phase 3, is at the p to at the top of this slide in blue and th

a one for one housing public school replacement unlike in alice griffith the promotions we're building new and people are moving in we have to demolition things and move people somewhere they'll move back when it's completed over 9 or 7 year i think in here the project timeline i'll say that taken together that series of projects details maples there is not - there's more than a less significant impact for ceqa for displacement of existing residents the existing i think file of unit in the sunnyvale project is somewhere around the 70 percent i'm trying to remember off the top of my head range you can't assume all retains are inhabitable so i'll say to summarize any first point the summary of impacts needs to say that impacts is - the mitigates measure needs to be called out that is described in summary level in the documents getting to the actual mitigation itself i think there is not enough detail there like i said based on the current rates of unit being occupied there's some percentage the assumptions every effort will be made as the unit are demolished to move into other unit numbe

approved in hunter's point for example 500 housing units, artists studios and broke ground on alice griffith affordable housing and revitalization and have bonds and mission bay and north and south and 160 market rate. 900 more ongoing. 150 new affordable housing units and ongoing 435. of course we're proud that we are starting to assign work on the new 18000 square feet sports arena, the new home of the golden state warriors. what is important to me we have awarded $432 million of construction contracts and 32% of those -- or 138 million is really -- were given to sbc and entrepreneurs and businesses so trans bay -- there is a lot of work going on. the renee [inaudible] apartments were finally done. 120 units for formerly homeless individuals. mercy housing is working on 155 affordable units, so i can go on and on obviously. that's not my accomplishment. i just wanted to share the work that has been done in the last two years and more work needs to be done so finding suitable affordable housing is important to me as a single mom and although my kids are grown. i still like they're not grown

unlike alice griffith, for this project, you need to bulldoze buildings in phases and people need to move either somewhere else in the site or probably somewhere else in the city, if there is not enough empty units in other buildings. i question that given all the efforts that are being made around the city to build new units there is going to be room for the residents of complete sections of potrero hill and potrero annex and other parts of san francisco in the phases when their sections of the project are being demolished. so i would really like more description as to the relocation plan, and where those people are supposed to go? i know relocation plans are pretty complex and there is a lot of moving pieces to them, but we could at least talk about the projection of where these people are supposed to go? whether it's where in san francisco, or even potentially where outside of the city? so we can make sure that there is no physical impacts on in the population change. the other thing for transit and transportation, i thought that the -- this is more about the project and less abou
