we did a community cleanup in the alice griffith housing development last year, and we had our recruiters out there in that whole event, and we spent hours with the community out there, cleaning up. so we're in chinatown. we go around the city of these types of events. recruiting through social media, internet, the newspaper has a thing of the past. we've done television ads, radio ads, twitter, instagram, facebook, sororities and fraternities, sent our recruiters there. so that's just some of the things that we're doing. some of the things that we've just started was reaching out to the community. one member from the community, very respected, and he gave us some great ideas. we're going to go to other areas around the city, and we're going to meet them. filipino community, japanese community, hispanic community, and really sit down with some of the more prominent members of the community that have respect and standing and have these types of conversations. so that first meeting went really well. we're just going through that material, but it's going really well. >> supervisor melgar: i
