transportation as best you can and allow us the opportunity to clean the streets. >> reporter: and there's incentive to get that done quickly. another storm is brewing that forecasters say could turn into a nor'easter bringing heavy snow to the midwest and northeast by thursday. and spring is nowhere in sight. kris van cleave, cbs news boston. >>> meteorologist eric fisher of our boston station wbz is telling people to prepare for the bitter cold that will follow the storm. >> behind the storm we have the cold, really cold out the door here for our tuesday morning. subzero wind chills from storm. the next storm is getting going quickly. wednesday and thursday an arctic front, rain in the southeast and late on thursday this moves to the coast. our next potential storm. it could be his foreign policy credentials, new jersey governor chris christie is set to clarify statements relating to the growing measles outbreak in the u.s. while touring a facility that makes a flu vaccine, christie told reporters he thinks parents should have a choice in whether to vaccinate children. christie believes with a disease like measles there is no question kids should be vaccinated. christie's sentiments were echoed by another potential candidate for the white house, republican senator rand paul said that most vaccines should be voluntary. >> i've heard of many tragic cases of walking, talking, normal children who wound up with mental disorders after vaccines. i'm not arguing vaccines are a bad idea i think they're a good thing. parents should have input. the state doesn't own your children. >> reporter: h
