i'm alison seymour. >> and i'm tony perkins. >> we're going to get to all of that in a few minutes. first, all eyes on hurricane sandy. the storm losing strength, but ripped through the carribean last night, killing 21 people, including a 4-month-old baby. >> it's weakened a bit, but its path is still in the air. likely will hit the east coast somewhere. tucker barnes is live with an update. >> good morning. watching sandy here, and let's get to the satellite picture. storm evolving basically overnight. starting to take on some of the characteristics that were forecast. you can see it's undergoing wind shear now. the eye feature we had yesterday, that's a thing of the past. still a category 1 hurricane, tracking off to the north and west at about 13. it will interact with a cold front to the west, and that will likely cause issues across the mid-atlantic. time frame monday and tuesday. the rain will start late sunday afternoon. main event i think will be monday and tuesday. a lot of question marks about the intensity and eventual path of this storm. but there is cause for concern ac
