for the record, my name is alita dupree. my pronouns or she and her. i think the biggest premise that i see with this bill is that it acknowledges the regional nature of transportation and users of transportation in this larger community that is bay area soil. and it's not just about bringing people back to transit, but it is about being able to create a more user friendly experience and a more predictable experience. one reason why people drive their own cars instead of taking public transportation is perception because you have ownership and control over your car, that you're more likely to get to work on time, and i maintain that public transportation is a good way to get to places on time, and i've used it for over a decade, and it's generally been true that i've gotten places on time. but people want to know how much it will cost, and transfers take time, and it's going to be hard getting 27 agencies together, but i think we can. i think we can do this, but we can't look at the numbers in a vacuum because i think that our future's going to be more
