it is alix steel kicking things off. alix: the saudi aramco this week said that the u.s.mming with supply and you could see an extension of the cuts at the back half of this year. this data shows something different. you saw a draw in inventories. and this is the reason. the top panel is the u.s. imports of crude, falling to its lowest level since 1996, 5.9 million barrels. and the reason why, the bottom panel shows the yellow line, imports into the u.s. from saudi arabia, which actually hit a record low. and the white line is imports from venezuela, which as we know is suffering to get their oil out, 60 ships are just sitting all over the coast of venezuela. so imports were reduced and we wind up having inventory drawdown. that was helpful for the oil price, but it probably will not continue because we still had record production in the u.s. and when you have that glut you will get the pushback from saudi arabia. and president trump saying, just relax. vonnie: simple as that. wonderful chart. guy, what do you have? guy: the bond market has been getting more relaxed as of
